This is awesome, you are so lucky to be able to travel and enjoy the variety of food, Vietnamese food is usually (in my one-cent opinion) spicier than Chinese, their garlic was cooked to perfection i.e. golden brown (easy to overcook) I am salivating.
Newbie here but I can tell you that my reaction would have been the same whether watching you a long time or freshly discovering your amazing channel. I can honestly say that I got the whole experience…..all except for actually tasting those amazing dishes. It reminds me of my time as a child and my dad worked on the fishing boat for the navy at Mayport, Fl. We would save all the smaller snapper and such and give it to some Filipinos who would meet us at the dock. In return they would show their gratitude by bring all kids of awesome Filipino dishes. OMG was that the absolute best seafood on the planet. My dad was in Viet Nam in the late '60s as well and would try to describe their street food. I got the seafood experience vicariously through my dad back then. Watching your videos on Asian food brought back some wonderful memories.
Oh man snails r literally my favorite drinking foodā¦in the summer months while the kids r enjoying the beach while one or 2 mom watches them the rest of the moms pick snails from the sea rocksā¦take them home purge them n cook them in coconut n Korean bbq paste garlic ginger n scallion
What kind of idiots are they. That stupid is throwing live octopuses into boiling water. This is not funny at all.As far as I know this is a crime according to the law
I love your videos, but donāt be so quick to judge Americans and what we will eat and not. Weāre a melting pot of different cultures. I eat haggis, tripe, liver, heart and all the other stuff. I wish you would stop stereotyping the us as such a bland country. Weāre everyone.
Once had a pet mantis shrimp….. The most evil and dangerous pet i ever had in my marine tank…… Mantis shrimps can break the glas in the tank and also break you fingers….. So… An interesting animal

I would say the most value for the money and not cheap. Cheap, usually translate to little value.

Recent studies proof that calamars and Octopus can feel pain like us… Its time to evolve…
Why no one give the address of places like this here in the video?
"It's like eating a tyre – but the most delicious tyre you've ever eaten"
– that's a Michelin Star tyre.
There is no doubt that junk food is the most delicious. But, oops I'm already on a diet. The pizza looks delicious.
